In a consultation, my role as an herbalist is to guide and support folks find grounding in their own healing process by cultivating tools and connection to plant medicine, while also connecting people to affordable, approachable, sustainable and locally made herbal medicines. I weave both my Iranian lineage and plant ritual into my work, while also calling in on the plants that grow beside me here in the Catskill Mountains.  

 

Consultations vary depending on the person. A consultation can include but is not limited to: a thorough conversation through your health history, a walk through the garden or woods meeting plants, journaling exercises, plant rituals, spirit medicine, and more.  

 

I believe in accessible, affordable, and approachable herbal care for all the bodies and offer sliding scale prices. Consultations can take place either in person or for long distance folks through video.

Sliding scale $85-150

Follow up appointments (1 hr):

Sliding scale $65-100
