My child tasted her first fruit this past weekend, wild strawberries! It was well worth the wait, she loved them as much as her parents do.
As solstice approaches, many plants are entering their full expression, and we too are enjoying the flowers and fruits of that expression!
In my kitchen, we are drying red clover for tea, eating the sweet ox-eye daisy leaves, making magical rosa rugosa glyercites, infusing elder flower in oil for face and body creams, and of course eating lots of berries.
